SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to FOUR WEEKS for delivery. Most items on our website are not part of our normal stock so they sometimes need to be custom made to meet demand. Often we are able to ship much sooner than four weeks but assume around 4 weeks as the standard time frame unless otherwise specified on a specific product.

RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, any item purchased directly from this site may be exchanged within 15 day for another size of the same item. Due to the fact that items sold on this site are often sold at sale prices, kept in very limited quantities, and/or custom produced in small production runs, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges to different styles. For this reason, if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever about a particular style, we encourage you to email shop@radenroro.com before you place your order.
